Privacy Policy
The short version
STAKK collects no personal data. Everything the game saves — your best score, coin balance, unlocked themes, and settings — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
What we collect
Nothing. STAKK:
- Does not require an account or sign-in.
- Does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
- Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- Does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or any other device data.
- Does not contain third-party advertising of any kind.
Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress (best score, coin balance, theme unlocks, and preferences such as sound and haptics settings) in local app storage on your device only. Deleting the app permanently deletes this data. We have no copy of it and no way to recover it.
In-app purchases
Purchases (including any optional coin packs) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by the store under its own privacy policy:

Children's privacy
STAKK does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). Because no data is collected, no parental consent mechanisms are required.
Changes to this policy
If a future update ever changes what data the game handles (for example, adding online leaderboards), this policy will be updated first and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
