Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or playing STAKK ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you obtained the Game through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms conflict with a store's mandatory terms, the store's terms control.
2. License
BLK Technologies LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game except where permitted by law.
3. Purchases and virtual currency
- The Game is a one-time paid purchase. Optional in-app purchases (such as coin packs) may be offered.
- In-game coins are a virtual item with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between devices or people, or refunded once spent.
- All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; refund requests are handled by the store under its policies.
- Game progress and coin balances are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or the device's data erases them; BLK Technologies LLC cannot restore lost local progress.
4. Fair use
You agree not to exploit bugs for unintended advantage, tamper with local storage to falsify purchases, or use the Game in any unlawful way.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Updates may adjust game balance, pricing of in-game items, or available content.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLK Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BLK Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
